This is to Notify the General public, especially candidates who participated in the 2022 November/December West African Senior School Certificate Examination, (WASSCE ) for Private Candidates (popularly known as WAEC GCE Second Series) that their results have been released. The procedure below: This was made known to the public on the early hours of Saturday 18th February 2022.
Results are now available Online for all candidate to check:. Below is how to check your waec gce by yourself for free
How to Check WAEC GCE Result.
1. Go to WAEC result-checking portal @ www.waecdirect.org.
2. Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number. (This is your 7-Digit centre number followed by your 3-digit candidate number eg. 4223556750) Enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year eg. 2022
3. Choose the Type of Examination i.e. PRIVATE CANDIDATE RESULT
4. Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card.
5. Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card
6. Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up and your results will be displayed to you, but if you encounter any error retry again or wait till 1 am - 4 am in the morning as network load faster within this time frame.
How to Check WAEC GCE Result via SMS. You can also check your result from any Mobile phone without internet connection, using the short code result checking method:
1. Write a text message in this format
WAEC*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear
2. Send To short-code 32327 (MTN, Airtel & Glo SIM) For example -: WAEC*4250105478*1234538839012*2022
Wait for your result to be delivered to your phone via SMS. (SMS Cost N30 Only) make sure you have airtime above N30 on your SIM before using this method, if you don't receive your result after 2 hours You can repeat procedure again.
NOTE: you can only use your result checking pin FIVE times. Do print out your result immediately you see it, you can click on print button to save as a PDF file and can print when needed.
