How to upload  O’LEVEL result to Jamb caps| How much to upload O’LEVEL Result to Jamb portal (CAPs)? How to check if my result has been uploaded to Jamb caps? Uploading your O’Level Result on JAMB Portal is very important as failure to upload your O’LEVEL result can deny you admission, but in this post we will guide you on how to upload your O’LEVEL result and check to confirm if you O’LEVEL result has been uploaded successfully. 

Whether you want to upload your NECO awaiting result, WAEC Or GCE result, you can do all that from the  Using the two method we will explain in this post, this method is same for any candidate using two O’LEVEL Result.

If as at the time you are reading this post, you are still waiting for your O’LEVEL result, don’t panic, you can still Upload it as soon as its released uploading of result doesn’t have deadline, but it’s necessary to note  this also that You must upload your result before your institution complete their admission process.

You are free to combine two results for admission into many Universities and courses in Nigeria.

If you are among the JAMB candidate for 2023 who have not yet uploaded their O’Level result or maybe you used awaiting result and you are now ready to upload your result, just follow our guide. Note: your admission will  be affected if you fail to upload your O’LEVEL result on Jamb CAPs.

 While if you are among students who has already uploaded their results to their  JAMB Caps during registration, it’s very important to check if your results was really uploaded or not uploaded. The question is whether the result has been uploaded on the website of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (CAPs). This post will also guide you on how to check and know if yours have been uploaded and is still intact.

How to Upload O’LEVEL/SSCE Result On JAMB Portal (CAPs)

There are two ways to to this, the first method, is more easy.
1. Download UNIVERSITY STUDENT  COMPANION APP From play store, the app also help student Prepare for all Nigeria Universities POST-UTME and other Universities examination.
2. Open app after downloading, create an account, it’s very easy.
3. Click the menu and scroll down to find Upload O’LEVEL result.
4. Fill the form and make a payment of N1,000, with bank card, transfer or any payment method you prefer.
5. Proceed to check your Caps in a day or two days, your O’LEVEL result will be on your caps.

Second Method

We recommend the first method, since you can do everything from home, You don’t need to waste Time and T-fare to an accredited CBT center to upload your O’LEVEL result. But if you have the time to waste and Money you can use the below method.

1. Visit a JAMB-accredited CBT centre close to you.

2. Tell the CBT officer that you want to upload your O’level result.

3. Submit a printout of your WAEC, NECO, Gce or nateb result.

4. Your JAMB Registration number

5. Your O’LEVEL examination number, for waec your examination number and for neco your registration number.

Verify on the computer screen your details are correct.

Proceed to check your Caps in a day or two days, your O’LEVEL result will be on your caps.


Using Desktop Computer / Laptop Step 

1: Visit jamb.gov.ng/efacility/

Step 2: Login in with your username(e-mail) and password, you can click on reset password if you don’t remember you password, Jamb will send a password to your email immediately, used the password and email to login. 

Step 3:  After you are logged in Scroll down locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab. 

Step 4: Then click on Check Admission Status, 

Step 5: You should then click on Check admission status and enter your JAMB Registration number if it’s not there already and make sure to select the appropriate exam year. 

Step 6: Click on Access my CAPS. 

Step 7: when Caps opens  click on My O’level . 

Step 8: If your result is on JAMB Portal, you will see your grades as indicated in the image above, if you don’t see your result click on refresh, to load it.

 Step 9: If your result is not on the JAMB Portal, you will A/R in your grades. If that’s your case, hurry to a nearby JAMB CBT CENTER and upload yours. Else you won’t be offered admission.

step 10: In most cases you will see OLevel not found, if this is your case, click refresh, if your result is not loaded, simply go and reupload.

Using  A mobile Phone to check If  O’LEVEL result has been uploaded to JAMB CAPs

Checking , your O’LEVEL result from a mobile or a small screen resolution device can be worrisome, if you don’t know how to go about it, but we have explain the easy process below: we recommend using Google chrome for this process, if you are using an Iphone you can use safari, I recommend you use Android or laptop if you have access to one..

1. Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and log in with your Email Address and Password

2. At the top right of your screen, click the three dot (as displayed in the image below)

3. Click on “Desktop site”

4. Login with your username and password.

5. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.

6. Then click on Admission Status,

7. You should then click on check admission status,

8. Click on Access my CAPS.

9. Then click on My O’level

10. If you result is on JAMB Portal, you will see your grades. If your result is not on the JAMB Portal, you wont see grades. If that’s your case, hurry to a nearby JAMB CBT CENTER and upload yours. Else you won’t be offered admission.


In other words the institution you applied to  can not process your admission when your status in CAPS indicates ‘Awaiting Result’ or O’LEVEL not found.

Even if Your institute,gives you admission and Jamb didn’t give you admission, Your institute has no choice than to withdraw the admission, if you don’t rectify the issue.
